Pita-bread with Mushrooms
When something has to be on the table quickly, this is one of our favourites. The umami taste of the champignons comes out even more when sautéed in soy sauce. This simple version can easily be upgraded by choosing shiitake mushrooms.
Pita-breads (whole wheat)
Chinese cabbage (small)
Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
Adjust the number of pita-breads if the size of your pita is smaller or larger.
Make it a dinner party🎉
